I typically don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled after working with the owner (Tommy) and his team to install a mini split in my 3rd floor home office through a rather complex arrangement due to the house’s design. After I committed to Arete and got them onsite, I had to ask what “Arete” means, and in summary, it means “excellence” from ancient Greek mythology. Well, after my experience with Arete, I can attest that Tommy and his team embody the name of the business. Their communication, timeliness, installation quality, speed, care for my home, CLEANLINESS, and consideration for my wife and I working from home were nothing short of excellent. I may have talked his ear off a bit, but just in speaking with Tommy, you can really tell his level of commitment to his customer, his employees, and the growth and development of his company through excellent quality and positive engagement. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Arete back for any job, large or small in scope.
